Business Analytics

Figure 1 — Illustrative: model-assisted forecasting across operational horizons.
The Laboratory’s core research domain brings together descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics, placing managerial questions first and technique second. We work with Greek and European organisations to translate raw operational data into evidence that can actually be used inside a decision.
Current work focuses on forecasting under scarce data, explainable decision models for mid-sized organisations, and the integration of analytics into accounting and finance workflows — the department the Lab calls home.
